Low Genoese pandolce with chestnut flour and honey gr.250 paper

The classic base of fragrant shortcrust pastry with raisins, pine nuts, candied orange and citron is enriched with the addition of chestnut flour and very sweet honey. The dessert thus obtained is a delicious alternative to the classic pandolce.
