Payment on delivery has management costs that are too high and, in order not to increase prices, we have chosen to use only  payment methods PAYPAL, Credit Card or bank transfer.

All our items will be delivered directly to your home via an efficient Express Courier service.



At this moment our couriers, barring unforeseen events, are able to deliver in 48h/72h from the shipment for destinations in the city and province, in 96h and beyond on the islands and in disadvantaged areas. The days are intended only as working days (couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays).


All our parcels are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes filled with shock-absorbing foam material. Fragile items are also individually packed with special materials, to then be placed in individual cases. We try to ensure the safety of your items as much as possible!

Outside you will find the travel document, while inside you will find the receipt or invoice (if required).


The courier always tries two deliveries, if he doesn't find them, he leaves a notice with the information needed to schedule a new delivery.
It is not possible to choose the delivery time, nor request in advance to be called, however many couriers make a call to the telephone number you indicated when ordering. 

Please provide us with an address where the package can certainly be received as well as a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) to be given to the courier. Any number you provide to us will not be recorded in our archives in any way (unless you enter it yourself during registration): it will only be used to contact you to establish any details relating to that specific shipment.

Delivery times are subject to change during holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.).


You can follow the route and status of each shipment directly from the courier's website by entering the tracking code we will provide you.



In the event of any problem with the delivered products, these items must not be thrown away as they will be indispensable for making the return and proceeding with the replacement or refund as needed.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms illustrated below, CONTI snc will refund the sums due within 30 days from the date on which it becomes aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.

1. WHO
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the final consumer. The final consumer is a subject who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days. The term starts from the day on which the goods are received and, if the order requires more shipments, from the day on which the last delivery is received. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of CONTI snc Via Lago Figoi 101, Genoa.

The notice of withdrawal must contain an explicit declaration of withdrawal from the contract or, alternatively, the attached withdrawal form, provided for by the consumer code, can be completed.

To verify compliance with the deadline, the registered letter is understood to be sent upon delivery to the accepting post office. In any case, the acknowledgment of receipt is not an essential condition for proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If delivery has taken place, the consumer must send to the CONTI SNC address
Via Lago Figoi 103 Genova, at his own expense, the products he intends to return, always within fourteen working days starting from the date on which he received the products, with the wording "order returned" affixed to the package. To verify compliance with the deadline, the acceptance of the post office or shipper will be considered. Parcels on delivery or carriage forward will not be collected under any circumstances.

The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, i.e.:
- lack of original packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product
- damage to the product for reasons other than transport
- sealed products opened by the consumer

Only the sums collected for the purchase of the products will be returned, net of shipping costs and any cash on delivery rights.

However, in the event that the products do not possess the essential characteristics promised, present manufacturing defects, there have been errors in the delivery of the same or in any case the cause is attributable to CONTI snc, the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products will also be refunded. and the possible right of marking.
