Low Genoese pandolce al BASANOTTO gr.700 in paper with string and tag
The classic base of fragrant shortcrust pastry is enriched with soft raisins infused in Basanotto liqueur. Pine nuts are then added, and candied fruit, i.e. Chiontto, a Slow Food Presidium from Savona, and lemon. The liqueur with herbaceous notes of DOP Genoese basil, sage and mint make this pandolce a real taste experience. A real surprise!!!
