Originally from the valleys of the Ligurian hinterland, Croxetti were formerly made by pressing the bottom of a glass onto a sheet of pastry, to then be enriched, over time, with particular decorations and stamps. Excellent with the traditional walnut sauce, they represent an institution in the history of Ligurian cuisine.
